Refund and Returns Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is damaged.
  • Products purchased from the Online Store cannot be exchanged at our Offline Stores.
  • Products purchased from the Online Stores can only be exchanged at Online Stores, within 14 days of receiving it, provided the goods are unused, are packed in original packaging with all tags attached, are in unused/undamaged condition and not altered in any way.
  • All purchases are non-refundable.
  • Replacement can only be made against merchandise available at store at that time.
  • Store manager/staff may refuse to accept any exchange at its discretion.
  • Should you wish to return the goods via courier, please send it to “Big Jolly Shoes 428 Saddar Road Peshawar  Cantt”  with written required changes. Courier charges will be borne by you both ways.
  • Company decision in these matters will be considered final.

Product Pricing

  • Big Jolly Shoes can change prices at its own discretion without prior notice.
  • Every effort is made to ensure correct pricing and product description, however in case of discrepancy Big Jolly Shoes cannot be held responsible.


  • Big Jolly Shoes cannot guarantee availability of any products at any time for immediate delivery.
  • Big Jolly Shoes reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.


  • All deliveries are subject to stock availability.
  • We will ensure to deliver orders within 3 to 4 working days subject to provision of a valid address within Pakistan. However forced major events might delay or render impossible any deliveries.
  • No dispatches can be made on weekends, gazetted holidays and outside normal business hours.
  • In case of COD (cash on delivery), delivery shall only be made against cash payment in full.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery of goods to you

Order Cancelation from Purchaser Side

  • You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable.

Right to Cancel form the Company side

  • Big Jolly Shoes has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock or pricing errors.

Payment Options

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment will be received at the time of delivery in full including courier charges (if any) in Pakistani Rupees. Cheques, prize bonds and demand drafts etc. are not acceptable. Loyalty points are not redeemable against purchases made on COD.

Limitation of Liability

  • The company’s total liability to you in respect of any claim by you arising out of or in connection with the provision (or the failure to provide) the goods shall be limited to the value of the goods delivered or to be delivered.
  • Big Jolly Shoes makes every effort to provide correct product descriptions and lifelike product images on the website. However we assume no responsibility in case of any discrepancies.
  • Big Jolly Shoes has no control over any third party sites that may have links to its website.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: Big Jolly Shoes 428 Saddar Road Peshawar Cantt.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
